Aesthetic Series is making its way to the Windy City, Chicago! Aesthetic Series presents a two-day Masterclass to enhance your expertise in aesthetic medicine. This specialized course is tailored for aesthetic providers seeking to expand their knowledge and skills in result-oriented dermal filler and neuromodulator injection techniques in an off-label environment.   It offers the most comprehensive portfolio of dermal filler, bio-stimulators, and neuromodulator injection treatments available, encompassing facial anatomy, patient selection, injection techniques, complications, and post-treatment care with an emphasis on patient experience and outcomes. Participants will gain a thorough understanding and learn to deliver effective and safe treatments across a wide range of applications.

Brittony Croasdell, aesthetic NP and Stephanie Tracey, dermatology PA, will be sharing the stage as guest faculties, alongside esteemed dermatologist, Dr. Jeffrey TS Hsu, so you can expect unfiltered dialogue on the latest techniques, insider tips and proven strategies to enhance your practice offerings. Expert Panelists, Kimberly Copeland, PA-C, and Dr. Daryl McKee will be sharing their experience and knowledge on achieving success in the field of Aesthetic Medicine.

On day two of the masterclass, indulge in optional small-group individualized practical instruction as you immerse yourself in a hands-on learning experience guided by Dr. Hsu. Throughout the session, participants will hone their skills in addressing various facial regions of their choosing. In this round-robin format, each attendee will administer injections for 45-minutes with Dr. Hsu, followed by observing peers to optimize learning and skill development.


  • Perform patient assessments relating to the use of dermal filler and neurotoxin with a systematic approach
  • Optimize the consultation process for patient experience, results and retention rate
  • Develop a range of treatment plans that is customized to each patient’s aesthetic journey
  • Identify and devise the science behind dermal fillers and neurotoxins to maximize product efficiency and achieve optimal outcomes 
  • Acquire advanced knowledge of facial injection anatomic considerations for improving safety, efficacy and patient outcomes
  • Properly perform treatments in the following areas: periorbital rejuvenation, cheek volumization and enhancement, nasolabial softening, lip shaping and enhancement, chin and mentalis projection, marionette line correction, jawline contouring and restoration, masseter slimming and novel approaches to combination treatment for best results.
  • Interpret the practical use of portable ultrasound in aesthetic injections
  • Evaluate precautions needed to minimize side effects
  • Identify and compare the management and treatment options for side effects associated with botulinum toxin and dermal filler administration

During this round-robin session, each participant will inject 1-on-1 with Dr. Hsu for 45-minutes, while also observing and learning from their peers undergoing the same experience for the rest of the session.

Dr. Hsu will tailor his instruction to accommodate your comfort level, particularly focusing on techniques such as advanced cannula application or combination methods, ensuring you depart with refined abilities.

Bring Your Own Model:

Participants are required to bring their own models for a personalized treatment.

Class Duration:

The duration of the class will be determined by the number of registrants. The session will commence promptly at 9:00 am, with a minimum guaranteed duration of approximately 2 hours. In the event that the class reaches full capacity, it will conclude at 1:30 pm.

Dr. Hsu is one of the few Harvard and Yale Faculty fellowship-trained board-certified cosmetic dermatologist and surgeon. Dr. Hsu is globally recognized for his exceptional skills and methods in facial and body rejuvenation. Kimberly Allison Copeland is a nationally certified physician assistant licensed in the state of Florida. She brings 11+ years of experience and extensive training as a PA-C in both general medicine and aesthetics. She is an expert injector in the field of non-invasive facial & body enhancements. Kimberly studied exercise physiology at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, and earned a bachelor’s degree in science. She later attended Barry University in Miami Shores, where she obtained her master’s degree in clinical medical science.

Kimberly Copeland, PA-C is now considered a MASTER AESTHETICS INSTRUCTOR and trains others practitioners all around the world on aesthetics procedures. She is considered a Key Opinion Leader in the area of cosmetics, beauty, and aesthetics.

She is originally from California and has lived in a number of states including Hawaii, Virginia, and South Carolina. Florida is now home to her, her husband, and her dogs Tofu, Fiji, & Saki.

In her free time, Kimberly enjoys traveling to new places, sailing on the water, and spending quality time with family and friends.


Based in Chicago, Brittony is a Full Practice Authority Nurse Practitioner (FPA), published author, and co-owner of Fulcrum Aesthetics. She holds a Masters in Nursing from DePaul University and a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Internationally recognized for her expertise in the field of Aesthetic Medicine, Brittony holds board certifications with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Board (CANS), and The International Plastic Surgical Nursing Board (INPS).

As a former Adjunct Professor at DePaul University and a current Clinical Preceptor to Nurse Practitioner students, she has mentored generations of injectors and continues to train medical providers internationally through both the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) and Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN). With a passion for complication management, Brittony is a board member of the Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative (CMAC) — an influential international consortium dedicated to improvement in complication management amongst medical providers. She is a member of both the International Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses (ISPSN) and Illinois Society of Advanced Practice Nursing (ISAPN), and is a published author of multiple peer-reviewed scientific articles.

She is a highly sought-after speaker for both aesthetic medicine and complication management and is also an animal lover, serving on the board for PAWS (Pet Adoption Awareness Site) in Chicago. In her spare time Brittony is an aspiring guitarist who enjoys experiencing new places and cultures with her friends and family, most importantly her son Oliver.


Dr. Daryl McKee is the founder and Medical Director of Defined Medical Aesthetics, based in the Chicago metro area. He has grown a substantial social media presence and is best renowned for his non-surgical rhinoplasties and male aesthetic treatments.  As a physician, Dr. Daryl Mckee took a non-traditional route to finding aesthetic medicine as his career, and ultimately his passion. Prior to medical school, Dr. Daryl McKee began his work in cosmetic aesthetics in 2012. He received his medical training at the University of North Texas Health Science Center where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Medical Science. He continued his studies and completed medical school at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. After finding a fascination for surgery, he trained in Obstetrics & Gynecology in Chicago, IL practicing at both Mercy Hospital and Loyola University Medical Center. After practicing OBGYN medicine in Chicago, and returning to work with his aesthetic mentors, Dr. McKee re-found his professional passion in aesthetics, andultimately started his own aesthetic and wellness clinic.

Dr. McKee is Board Certified in “Aesthetic Anti-Aging Medicine” from the “ "American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine". He is also a Fellowship candidate in both "Anti-Aging, Metabolic and Functional Medicine".  He carries his aesthetics passion into his personal life competing in Men’s Physique competitions for numerous years, and even obtaining the title as an IFBB Professional Men’s Physique competitor. As an osteopathic physician, he leverages his medical training in holistic medicine and aesthetics to ensure personalized patient care plans that help individuals reach their anti-aging, aesthetic, and overall wellness goals.

Stephanie Tracey, MSPAS, PA-C

Stephanie Tracey has been a Physician Associate for over 25 years. Stephanie trained and mentored under a renowned plastic surgeon to perform skin cancer surgery. She spent the next 15 years at a Level 2 trauma center, specializing in complex surgical repairs and other skin related trauma. With her extensive knowledge and skill set in cutaneous procedures and surgical anatomy, Stephanie transitioned to a dermatology PA, practicing laser and cosmetic dermatology at a dermatology practice. In 2016.

Stephanie joined Dr. Hsu at Oak Dermatology to immerse herself in a cutting edge dermatology environment, pushing the boundaries in aesthetics, laser technologies, and clinical research. Since then, Stephanie’s skills and innovative approach has attracted the attention of global aesthetic and pharmaceutical companies.

Stephanie now travels both nationally and internationally as a clinical educator for Revance Aesthetics, Alma Lasers, Abbvie and Incyte. She also sits on several advisory boards of aesthetic laser device and pharmaceutical companies, taking part in developing clinical strategies for novel devices and drugs
