FACULTIES:

Kimberly Allison Copeland is a nationally certified physician assistant licensed in the state of Florida. She brings 11+ years of experience and extensive training as a PA-C in both general medicine and aesthetics. She is an expert injector in the field of non-invasive facial & body enhancements. Kimberly studied exercise physiology at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, and earned a bachelor’s degree in science. She later attended Barry University in Miami Shores, where she obtained her master’s degree in clinical medical science.

Kimberly Copeland, PA-C is now considered a MASTER AESTHETICS INSTRUCTOR and trains others practitioners all around the world on aesthetics procedures. She is considered a Key Opinion Leader in the area of cosmetics, beauty, and aesthetics.

She is originally from California and has lived in a number of states including Hawaii, Virginia, and South Carolina. Florida is now home to her, her husband, and her dogs Tofu, Fiji, & Saki.

In her free time, Kimberly enjoys traveling to new places, sailing on the water, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Based in Chicago, Brittony is a Full Practice Authority Nurse Practitioner (FPA), published author, and co-owner of Fulcrum Aesthetics. She holds a Masters in Nursing from DePaul University and a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Internationally recognized for her expertise in the field of Aesthetic Medicine, Brittony holds board certifications with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Board (CANS), and The International Plastic Surgical Nursing Board (INPS).

As a former Adjunct Professor at DePaul University and a current Clinical Preceptor to Nurse Practitioner students, she has mentored generations of injectors and continues to train medical providers internationally through both the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) and Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN). With a passion for complication management, Brittony is a board member of the Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative (CMAC) — an influential international consortium dedicated to improvement in complication management amongst medical providers. She is a member of both the International Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses (ISPSN) and Illinois Society of Advanced Practice Nursing (ISAPN), and is a published author of multiple peer-reviewed scientific articles.

She is a highly sought-after speaker for both aesthetic medicine and complication management and is also an animal lover, serving on the board for PAWS (Pet Adoption Awareness Site) in Chicago. In her spare time Brittony is an aspiring guitarist who enjoys experiencing new places and cultures with her friends and family, most importantly her son Oliver.

Dr. Daryl McKee is the founder and Medical Director of Defined Medical Aesthetics, based in the Chicago metro area. He has grown a substantial social media presence and is best renowned for his non-surgical rhinoplasties and male aesthetic treatments.  As a physician, Dr. Daryl Mckee took a non-traditional route to finding aesthetic medicine as his career, and ultimately his passion. Prior to medical school, Dr. Daryl McKee began his work in cosmetic aesthetics in 2012. He received his medical training at the University of North Texas Health Science Center where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Medical Science. He continued his studies and completed medical school at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. After finding a fascination for surgery, he trained in Obstetrics & Gynecology in Chicago, IL practicing at both Mercy Hospital and Loyola University Medical Center. After practicing OBGYN medicine in Chicago, and returning to work with his aesthetic mentors, Dr. McKee re-found his professional passion in aesthetics, andultimately started his own aesthetic and wellness clinic.

Dr. McKee is Board Certified in “Aesthetic Anti-Aging Medicine” from the “ "American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine". He is also a Fellowship candidate in both "Anti-Aging, Metabolic and Functional Medicine".  He carries his aesthetics passion into his personal life competing in Men’s Physique competitions for numerous years, and even obtaining the title as an IFBB Professional Men’s Physique competitor. As an osteopathic physician, he leverages his medical training in holistic medicine and aesthetics to ensure personalized patient care plans that help individuals reach their anti-aging, aesthetic, and overall wellness goals.

Stephanie Tracey has been a Physician Associate for over 25 years. Stephanie trained and mentored under a renowned plastic surgeon to perform skin cancer surgery. She spent the next 15 years at a Level 2 trauma center, specializing in complex surgical repairs and other skin related trauma. With her extensive knowledge and skill set in cutaneous procedures and surgical anatomy, Stephanie transitioned to a dermatology PA, practicing laser and cosmetic dermatology at a dermatology practice. In 2016.

Stephanie joined Dr. Hsu at Oak Dermatology to immerse herself in a cutting edge dermatology environment, pushing the boundaries in aesthetics, laser technologies, and clinical research. Since then, Stephanie’s skills and innovative approach has attracted the attention of global aesthetic and pharmaceutical companies.

Stephanie now travels both nationally and internationally as a clinical educator for Revance Aesthetics, Alma Lasers, Abbvie and Incyte. She also sits on several advisory boards of aesthetic laser device and pharmaceutical companies, taking part in developing clinical strategies for novel devices and drugs
