KIMBERLY COPELAND, MMCS, PA-C
Kimberly Allison Copeland is a nationally certified physician assistant licensed in the state of Florida. She brings 11+ years of experience and extensive training as a PA-C in both general medicine and aesthetics. She is an expert injector in the field of non-invasive facial & body enhancements. Kimberly studied exercise physiology at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, and earned a bachelor’s degree in science. She later attended Barry University in Miami Shores, where she obtained her master’s degree in clinical medical science.
Kimberly Copeland, PA-C is now considered a MASTER AESTHETICS INSTRUCTOR and trains others practitioners all around the world on aesthetics procedures. She is considered a Key Opinion Leader in the area of cosmetics, beauty, and aesthetics.
She is originally from California and has lived in a number of states including Hawaii, Virginia, and South Carolina. Florida is now home to her, her husband, and her dogs Tofu, Fiji, & Saki.
In her free time, Kimberly enjoys traveling to new places, sailing on the water, and spending quality time with family and friends.
DARYL MCKEE, DO, MS
Dr Daryl McKee is the founder and Medical Director of Defined Medical Aesthetics. Dr. McKee received his medical training at the University of North Texas Health Science Center where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Medical Science. He continued with his studies and completed medical school at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. After finding his fascination for surgery he trained in Obstetrics & Gynecology in Chicago, IL practicing at both Mercy Hospital Medical Center and Loyola University Medical Center Dr. McKee is a Board Certification Candidate in the "American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine", as well as a Fellowship candidate in the both "Anti-Aging, Metabolic and Functional Medicine" and "Aesthetic Anti-Aging Medicine." Prior to medical school, Dr. Daryl McKee began his career in cosmetic aesthetics and anti-aging/wellness medicine in 2012.
He carried his aesthetics passion into his personal life competing in Men’s Physique competitions for numerous years, and even obtaining the title as an IFBB Professional Men’s Physique competitor. After practicing medicine in Chicago, and returning to work with his aesthetic mentors, Dr. McKee re-found his professional passion in aesthetics. During his time practicing, Dr. McKee has always been known to be a compassionate and trustworthy advocate for his patients. He finds the balance between his medical expertise and a patient’s requests to ensure only the best outcomes for their care. As an osteopathic physician, he leverages his medical training in holistic medicine and aesthetics to ensure personalized patient care plans that help individuals reach their anti-aging, aesthetic, and overall wellness goals.
Lindsey Fano, Practice Management Consultant
Lindsey Fano is a prominent Practice Management Consultant with over 25 years of industry experience in sales, marketing, education, and management and owner of Aesthetic Circle Consulting. She is also a licensed Aesthetician & National Educator with a clinical background and a passion for training colleagues on how to perform a Cosmetic Consultation.
In her 8 years as a Senior Advisor with the top Practice Management Consulting firm, Cindy Graf Consulting, she worked with physicians and medical spa owners across the country and Canada to successfully open and market their cosmetic practice. Partnering with laser industry leaders such as Alma, InMode, Lumenis, Cutera, and Cartessa she has personally guided their clients to ensure a profitable cash-based cosmetic business. She has traveled the country educating physicians and their staff on the “Art of the Cosmetic Consultation”. She trains on how to turn patients in to cosmetic clients with her impeccable ability to cross-sell to create an “Aesthetic Circle” of repeat customers.
With her extensive background in medical spa management, she assists her clients in business plans, layout, design, staffing, technology/product selection, pricing, marketing, and more! As owner and Lead Practice Management Consultant, Lindsey’s primary goal is to ensure you have a successful and profitable cosmetic practice through her and her team’s education and consulting.
